Trip to the ‘world’s most visited city’ Tijuana in Baja California, Mexico on Aug. 13, 2011. Tijuana is the 42nd largest city in the Americas and is the westernmost city in Mexico. It is the largest city on the Baja California Peninsula and center of the Tijuana metropolitan area, part of the international San Diego–Tijuana metropolitan area. The city is the world’s most visited border city, sharing a 24-km border (15 mi) with San Diego, California, USA. Over 50 million people cross the border between these two cities every year. This metropolitan crossing makes the San Ysidro Port of Entry the busiest land-border crossing in the world. The two border crossing stations between San Diego and Tijuana account for over 300000 daily border crossings alone. For a list of tourist attractions visit, www.tijuana.com Background music: 1. El Jarabe Tapatio (The Mexican Hat Dance; Album: Un Gritto Por Mexico) and 2. Yo Soy Mexicano by Jorge Negrete

www.PropertiesInPuertoRico.com Old San Juan is one of the oldest established cities in the America’s and Caribbean. Although Old San Juan properties are considered historical and pay no real estate tax due to excemptions there are building restrictions imposed by the Historical Society. But that does not let many Old San Juan home owners make improvements on their properties and at the same time preserving its historical design, looks and appeal. This property is a prime example of the typical property in Old San Juan. It is located on close to many other places of interest and to the ocean. From San Francisco overland to the tip of the Baja peninsula, via Sierra de la Laguna, San Jose del Cabo and Cabo Pulmo National Park. I went pig hunting, surfing in the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez, and diving in the thriving reefs of the Cabo Pulmo National Park. The sheer abundance of life on this peninsula surprised me; it was more than just desolate deserts, but also a land of over 5000 species of animals. The Baja Peninsula is one of my favorite places in Mexico, and I certainly cannot wait to get back! What’s your favorite place in Mexico? **Music by Balante Asante and Memo Cuepo
